Set up PXE-Based x86/x86_64 servers with APC79xx manageable PDU

All modern desktop PCs support network booting using the PXE protocol but they do not have remote consoles or the ability to be rebooted remotely.

It is not only modern desktops that can be connected to APC79xx PDUs. Many types of servers including Dell, IBM, and others can also be handled this way.

Lab Management meets this requirement by plugging these machines into power strips with individual remotely-controlled outlets such as the APC7900 PDU.
