The Recent Changes view shows incoming and outgoing changes. It displays the equivalent of the svn st -u command
Note: You need to click on the "Refresh" button to populate the view.
Incoming changes are the ones committed by other users. Outgoing changes are the ones you made as a result of editing, removing or adding items.
