LDAP support in SourceForge Enterprise Edition 4.2 Service Pack 1 is application-agnostic. SourceForge has been tested against OpenLDAP 2.0.27 (LDAP authentication) through JAAS (Java Authentication and Authorization Service.) However, SourceForge can be configured to use authentication services provided by other vendors, as long as the authentication server being used is fully LDAP-compliant. See the "Configuring LDAP Integration" section of the SourceForge Enterprise Edition 4.2 Installation and Administration Guide for configuration instructions. If your authentication server is not fully LDAP-compliant, contact your VA Software representative for configuration assistance.
