Last Revision: June 2005
Added a new SCM Adapter option that allows you to exchange commit data with any SCM application with which you have created an integration using the SourceForge SOAP APIs.
The Black Duck protexIP suite enables companies that develop software using third party and open source components to catch and resolve intellectual property issues as they occur in development. Black Duck protexIP analyzes source code repositories, detecting open source components and identifying potential licensing and IP conflicts.
SourceForge is integrated with Black Duck protexIP/development. This integration allows SourceForge users to analyze their projects' CVS, Subversion, or Perforce source code repositories using Black Duck protexIP. SourceForge project administrators can schedule Black Duck protexIP analyses and view summary report results from within SourceForge.
SCM commit details now include the last operation that was performed, such as modified, deleted, moved, copied, or added. Administrators can require that every code commit be associated with a SourceForge artifact such as a tracker, task or document.
CVS commits are grouped across repositories.
