Manage Project Tracker workflow

To help users make sense of the work that is tracked in Project Tracker artifacts, you can set up workflow patterns.

• Create a global state model
  
• Define transitions between attribute options
  Attribute option transitions are set on the Transitions between options tab of the Artifact type attribute editor page.
• Edit the state model
  Edit the state attribute model (project-level)
• Associate a role with a state model for the whole site
  Associate a global role with a global state model for the whole.
• Associate a role with a state model at the project level
  Associate a role with a state model at the project level
• Associate a state attribute with a global artifact type
  Associate a state attribute with a global artifact type
• Create a state attribute
  A state attribute is a description of the condition an artifact is in.
• Delete state attributes
  You can delete global and project-level state models.
• Copy a state attribute
  Copy a state attribute (global level only)
• Lock a state attribute
  You can lock state attributes, individual states, and role associations from the Administration tab.
