If you can't log in because your credentials are being rejected, check that the machine
is running and that you still have access to it.
Here are some things to try:
- Verify that the host is up by using the My Lab Management page.
- Are you still the owner of this machine? Go to your My Lab Management page and verify that you are
still the owner of this machine. Also, verify that this machine still belongs to your project.
It is possible, although unlikely, that a Lab Management Domain Administrator could have
moved the machine out of your project and into another project.
- Verify that you are still a member of this project and that you have a Lab Management role in the project. This is
done on your CollabNet TeamForge (CEE) or CollabNet
TeamForge
server, and is not a part of
TeamForge Lab Management.
- Try rebooting the machine using the Reboot Host button on the host's configuration
screen. If for some reason, the machine stopped accepting authentication requests from you, a
reboot might fix the problem.
- If your project has other machines allocated to it, try logging into them. If you are unable
to log into any machines in your project, file a support request with your local Lab Management support contact. If you are able
to log into machines in your project, then contact your local CollabNet Lab Management support representative.
