What elements of a site can I customize?

You can customize the site home page and the default home page of every project on the site. You can also customize the menu bars, headers and footers of any page.

• What is the look project?
  The look project contains special files that can override your site's default appearance and content, such as the default icons, fonts, colors, and labels.
• Can I substitute my own images for the default TeamForge images?
  Every image in CollabNet TeamForge can be edited or replaced by a new image file.
• How does TeamForge use stylesheets?
  
• How does TeamForge use Velocity templates?
  Velocity is the templating language that CollabNet TeamForge uses to render areas of the site with dynamic information.
• Which arbitrary HTML elements can I customize?
  CollabNet TeamForge Snippets are customizable HTML text fragments that can be inserted in predefined locations in CollabNet TeamForge pages.
• Can I customize my site's email notifications?
  The default text for CollabNet TeamForge email notifications can be customized.
• Can I use my own custom JavaScript on my site?
  The JavaScript scripts used in CollabNet TeamForge can be customized.
• Can I customize the web interface?
  As of SourceForge 4.3 SP1, it is possible customize the way the web interface looks and functions through the use of "Velocity templates". See the link below for more information.
• Can I add my own links to the top menu bar?
  As of SFEE 4.3 Hotfix 5, it is possible to include your own custom HTML links in the top bar pof every page in the application (the space where the 'Home' and 'My Workspace' links are).
