You can filter activity streams by date and type to view only specific activities, or to
trim a lengthy activity list.
You must be in the "Activity Stream" page to see the filter icon and Filter
Results button. The "Activity Stream" page indicates current filtering
status - whether your activities are being filtered by date or type of step. For
example, the message "Showing all steps plus external
sources" indicates that no step filters are being applied.

Click Filter.

(Optional) Enter valid dates for start and/or end dates; you
can use the pop-up calendars. If no date filter is set, TeamForge
Orchestrate depicts all activities up to the current date. To remove
a previously selected date, click
Clear.

Check Filter by Steps, then select one or more steps
that you would like to display in your search results. You may also choose to
include all steps by clicking Select all, or clear all
selections by clicking Select none.
For example, filtering for only steps 1 and 4 will omit activities from steps
2 and 3.

Click OK to save the filter criteria and display the
filtered activity stream or click Close to cancel any
selected filters.
To restore the filters to their previous values, you must reload
the page.
