backup-data.py

The backup-data.py script makes a compressed copy of the site's data. The script deletes any backup existing in the destination directory. By default, the Teamforge and the reporting database are backed up to the destination directory. If reporting is disabled, only the Teamforge database is backed up.

backup-data.py makes compressed copies of these data resources:

Subversion repositories
CVS repositories
The data directory ( /var)
The SourceForge database

Usage

./backup-data.py --destination_dir=<directory name>

Location

/opt/collabnet/teamforge/runtime/scripts/

Options

--destination_dir: Directory where the compressed copy of the site data is to be stored.

--help | -h: Print this usage message and exit.
