REPORTS_DATABASE_PASSWORD

The REPORTS_DATABASE_PASSWORD variable is the password for the Linux user that is authorized to read from and write to the site's reporting database.

It is OK for this variable to have the same value as DATABASE_PASSWWORD, because they are running in separate PostgreSQL processes.
