How to use TeamForge 6.1.1

Note: If you've used TeamForge before, you'll notice that the system administrator and developer portions of the user guide aren't here. We've moved those parts out to their own sections for better usability. There's one for each platform that TeamForge supports: look lower in the table of contents for headings that look like "Administrating TeamForge 6.1.1 on <OS>."
