Delegate site administration tasks with site-wide roles

To spread out the site administration burden, consider creating additional site administrators with permissions to do almost everything a full site administrator can do.

• Create additional site administrators
  To assist in the administration of the CollabNet TeamForge site, a person must have a site administrator user account with a corresponding role on that site. CollabNet TeamForge administrators can create suitable site-wide roles and delegate site administration responsibilities.
• Modify the additional site administrators privileges
  If restricted site administrators need to do things that are not allowed by a role you have assigned to them, you may need to change the permissions associated with that role.
• Make selected users additional site administrators
  You can empower site users to assist in site administration by giving them a suitable role.
• Give project-independent access for project tools
  To allow some CollabNet TeamForge users to use one or more CollabNet TeamForge tools across several projects, create site-wide roles with specific project permissions, minus site administrative permissions. Assign these site-wide roles to those who may need to access the project tools in any project.
