As a first troubleshooting step, check the Site Configuration
page to verify that your CollabNet
TeamForge is set up correctly.

Click Admin in the site navigation bar.

On the site administration navigation bar, click System
Tools.

On the System Tools menu, click Site
Configuration.

On the Site Configuration page, find the variable whose
value you are interested in.
Note: The information on the Site Configuration page is read-only.
To change configuration values for your site, you must log into the server with a
shell and edit the site-options.conf file.
