Install the CollabNet ActionFlow Vault service

Follow these instructions to install the CollabNet ActionFlow ST2 Vault service.

1. Select and extract vault_0.6.0_linux_amd64.zip.
2. Create a PostgreSQL user.
3. Enable Vault as a service.
4. Initiate the Vault service.
5. Add a user to Vault.
