What's the difference between a TeamForge site in ALM mode and a TeamForge site in SCM mode?

A TeamForge site can offer the full range of application life cycle functionality, or it can be restricted to supporting Subversion source code and the related core functions.

Your site license specifies how many users have ALM licenses and how many have SCM licenses. You can assign these licenses to individual users according to their needs.

As a site administrator, you are prompted to select ALM or SCM mode for your site the first time you log in after installing TeamForge. You can change the mode at any time, if you have the appropriate license.

When you upgrade to TeamForge 16.3 from an earlier version of TeamForge, your site is automatically in ALM mode.
