You can monitor artifacts within a particular team or you can monitor at the team
level.
With the appropriate permission, you can add users for monitoring a team.
Note: Team
level monitoring does not apply to any item change within that
team.
Monitor items within a team
To get notified by email whenever an
item changes, monitor the item within a team.

Go to the team containing the item or items that you want to begin
monitoring.

Select the item or items that you want to begin monitoring.

Click the Monitor down arrow, then choose
Monitor Selected.
You are now monitoring all the selected items. The icon,
is displayed
in the item list view.
Note: When you update two or more artifacts at a time, each user who is
monitoring any of the changed artifacts gets a single email describing all the
updates.
To
stop monitoring an item, select it and choose Stop Monitoring
Selected from the Monitor down
arrow.
Remove users from monitoring items within a team

Monitor a team
When you are monitoring a team, you get an email
notification if an artifact is moved in or out of it or if you edit the
monitored team (editing team information). In addition, you get notified if
there's a mass update of the team you are monitoring.
Note: Monitoring a parent
team does not mean that you monitor its child teams as well; in the
monitoring context, a parent and its child items are treated as independent
entities.

Select the team that you want to begin monitoring.

Click the Monitor down arrow, then choose
Monitor Current Team.
You are now monitoring the team. The icon, is displayed in
the item list view.
Add users to monitor a team

Select the team which you want other users to monitor.

Click the Monitor down arrow, then choose
Users Monitoring Team.

On the Users Monitoring This Team page, click
Add.

Select the users you want to add and click OK.
The selected users will now monitor the specific team.
