Here's a list of few noteworthy issues fixed in TeamForge
16.10.
- Trying to assign an artifact to a disabled user via mass update or
inline edit threw an unclear error message, which is now fixed.
- APIs now honor tracker workflow constraints.
- Fixed an
issue with document creation that prevented users from creating documents
of
exactly 4GB in size.
- Importing tracker artifacts via Excel/CSV allowed negative values for Estimated
Effort, Actual Effort, Remaining Effort and Points fields, which is now fixed.
- The Default User field of "Select User(s)" type tracker flex
field showed the default user twice, which is now fixed.
- Trackers that did not have an icon assigned to showed up with a broken icon on
Internet Explorer and Chrome browsers. This browser issue found in Kanban Board's
configuration page is now fixed.
- An issue with importing tracker artifacts via Excel/CSV that allowed arbitrary
values (such as 45) for "Priority" field has been fixed.
- A UI issue with the Planning Folder dialog box on artifact details page has been
fixed.
- Discussion forum email notifications now show the actual "Old" and "New" values when
the "Web Posting" field is modified.
- Fixed an issue that broke the View Artifact page's "Quote in
Comment" function.
- When you try to create an artifact with one of the mandatory fields omitted, the
artifact description, which was lost earlier, is now restored as expected when you
are returned to the Create Artifact page.
- Fixed the "Assigned To field's smart search function to allow
the user that has logged on to self-assign artifacts. In addition, fast-paced typing
of keywords in the Assigned To field's smart search text box
returned no user list earlier, which is now fixed.
- Fixed an issue with Review Board that sent notification emails from "root@localhost"
to site administrator when a TeamForge user is deleted.
- Excel/CSV import artifacts function has been fixed to support double byte Chinese,
Japanese and Korean field names.
- Fixed the URL truncation issue that prevented inline-editing of artifacts if a
domain's URL contains "do" in it.
- Fixed the false artifact update issue (SOAP calls created false field changes) that
triggered blank notification emails.
- REQUIRE_EULA_ENABLED token, if set to true,
caused Review Board installation to abort, which is now fixed.
- Fixed the ViewVC URL encoding issue that resulted in "Permission Denied" error
eventhough you log in with valid credentials.
- Fixed the word wrap issue that resulted in empty strings for "user" flex field when
the artifact was viewed in Print and Read-only modes.
- The default value set up for "text" type mandatory flex field was not showing up in
the Create Artifact page, which is now fixed.
- "text" type tracker flex field, if updated with 4000 bytes of text data, resulted in
TeamForge system error. This issue, found only on TeamForge-Oracle setup, has been
fixed.
- Fixed a repository file download issue typically found in Firefox browser.
- During Task Board configuration, you can now scroll through the
Effort tab of the Task Board configuration dialog box to select the backlog item
size for the list of available trackers.
- Link to download exported file is no longer available:
While
exporting tracker artifacts, artifacts are exported to one of the file formats such
as Excel, CSV, Tab-delimited or XML (as selected by the user) and the file is
downloaded automatically. To improve performance, the
additional
file download link, which you would have used in the past, is no
longer available.
- Fixed issue with TeamForge Commit Object validation when the Pusher must
Own the artifact condition is selected.
- Fixed issue with using DOMAIN_ site options token for Git Integration creation and
Gerrit URL setting.
