Migrating remote publishing tool

Here are the migration details and migration notes for remote publishing tool.

Migration Overview

For PCE-enabled subversion projects, CTF Home Page is replaced with CEE Home Page.
For CVS and non-PCE enabled subversion projects, CTF Home Page is replaced with remote publishing content (index.html).
Note: If PCE is enabled in CEE, by default the "Project Page" option appears selected in CTF's Project Admin > Project Settings page. If PCE is not enabled in CEE, the remote publishing content is displayed in CTF.
The remote publishing content of CEE is migrated to the "Publishing" repository of CTF.

In CTF, there is no equivalent functionality for governing the access to remote published content. Hence, the corresponding CEE permissions (resource patterns) are dropped and anyone with project view page permission is allowed to view the remote published content in CTF.
