TeamForge–Git integration 16.10.13-2.13.8 release notes

Highlights

Major Gerrit upgrade to Gerrit 2.13.8 version that contains all corresponding fixes.
Several performance improvements for browsing Gerrit repositories and reviews in TeamForge UI.
Backported integration installer improvement that allows for shorter downtime when migration is performed (calls to offline Gerrit re-index were optimized).

Fix for associations not being created when Association Required on commit policy is selected and review that breaks the policy is submitted: review is validated prior submission hence it is no longer possible to submit if policy is not met.
Fix for issue when Gerrit is opened in iFrame and (Browse) link is selected that results in opening TeamForge UI in another iFrame.
Fix for issue when clicking Code Browser link in email points to not existing TeamForge URL when destination ref contains / character.
Fix for issue with repository creation time being invalid and equal to Gerrit’s restart time.
Align Mandatory Review repository category Delete/View cluster with other categories. Add Forge Author/Committer , Push Merge Commits for review , Push Annotated/Signed Tags capabilities for cluster.
