When you fail a test case in TestLink, a
defect tracker artifact is added to the associated defect tracker in TeamForge.
When the same test case fails again in the subsequent test case execution, the
existing defect tracker artifact is either updated or a new one is created, depending on
the following scenarios:

On the TeamForge page, click
Trackers in the project navigation bar.

Click the defect tracker that you had created for the specific project.
The Artifacts section of the defect tracker
displays an entry marking the failed status of the test case
executed.

Click the defect tracker artifact and click the
Associations tab.
A new defect tracker artifact association link appears in the
Associations tab. You can navigate to the relevant
test case page in TestLink by clicking the defect tracker artifact association link.
The association entry contains the prefixes you configured while
adding TestLink to your TeamForge
