Fixed issues in TeamForge connector 2.3.3

TeamForge connector 2.3.3 resolves these issues.

• Exposed TeamForge URL to the CCF Web Interface and the information on how to change this URL is added.
• Changed the default dummy service url to http://localhost:8080/ce-soap/services/IAFDummyService. It is applicable only for the installation of TeamForge 7.0 or older versions.
