Resolved issues in Patch 1

CollabNet TeamForge 5.2 Patch 1 resolves these issues.

artf26257	When an artifact data is posted through Eclipse connector (SOAP API), the comments section on the web UI indicates that the description value is changed, even if the description value is not changed.
artf35512	The Browse Repository page is not rendered when the user is a member of a large number of projects.
artf36089	The recent_access table is now purged using a dedicated thread to make it more efficient and keep it from affecting asynchronous event processing.
artf36096	List pages with the monitoring information (like list artifacts page) have been reported slow. Significant changes have been made in this release to make them run faster.
artf39969	Users with access to the "look" project should be able to override any i18n text by checking in override .properties files. In some cases, this does not work.
artf40700	SCM users can commit to folders in which they only have view permission.
artf40752	When adding a top-level project page or a sub-page, users could enter arbitrary Javascript.
artf40825	All of the toolbar buttons except the Build & Test button change by changing the background to white and the text to bold.
