New features in SourceForge Enterprise Edition 4.1 Service Pack 1

SourceForge Enterprise Edition 4.1 Service Pack 1 introduces the following expanded functionality:

Priority VA Software Artifact ID Description
Full, round-trip synchronization between SourceForge and Microsoft Project Users can now synchronize changes with a single step, eliminating the manual import and export process.
Cascading task dependency handling Changes made to task start or end dates will adjust all impacted dependent task dates automatically.
Expanded SCM view access now includes browse and checkout Users with the SCM view permission can now browse CVS and ClearCase repositories with the Web viewer, and check out code.
SCM added to default access permissions Project administrators can now specify default access permissions to SCM repositories, allowing or disallowing access to all restricted users, unrestricted users, and project members. Non-logged in users will not be allowed to view or check out from SCM repositories.
Configurable minimum password length SourceForge administrators can now configure the minimum password length. The default value of 6 is configurable by editing the system.password.min-length property in the following file: <SOURCEFORGE_INSTALL_DIR>/sourceforge_home/etc /sourceforge_configuration.properties Note: If you edit this value, you must stop and restart SourceForge. The change will not affect existing users until they try to change their current passwords.
Tracker deletion Tracker administrators can now delete unused project trackers.
Item counts now display on all pages Item counts are now displayed on all filter results pages, whether or not the filter returns more than one page of results.
