Handle user submissions

You can approve or reject artifacts that users submit.

  1. Go to the Project Tracker administration page.
    1. Click Admin in the CollabNet TeamForge navigation bar.
    2. On the site administration navigation bar, click Integrated App.
    3. Select Project Tracker and click Configure.
  2. Select one or more items to act upon.
  3. Before you take any action, review the item by clicking on its name.
  4. When you are done reviewing the item, click Cancel to return to the Approve/reject user submitted items page.
  5. Select the item or items on which you would like to take an action.
  6. Select an action from the Action drop down list in line with your chosen item.
  7. Optionally, you can add a comment to the comment field.
  8. Click Submit to take the appropriate action.
Items will stay on your Approve/reject user submitted items page until you have taken a definite action: either approved or rejected the item.
