Use the following steps:
Make sure that the CollabNet Perspective is available and open. From Eclipse, choose Windows > Open Perspective > Other > CollabNet
Check your Eclipse CollabNet settings. Right-click your Lab Management connection in the CollabNet Perspective and check the following:
Check whether your workstation can connect to the Lab Management manager. Test by connecting via a web browser to your Lab Management instance and logon with userid/passwd.
Do you have more than one Lab Management connection configured in your CollabNet Perspective? This can cause secure tunnel conflicts. Delete any unnecessary Lab Management connections from your CollabNet Perspective.
If you still continue to have problems, then contact your Lab Management domain administrator.
