Can a project's name be changed?

If you have Project Admin permission, the project's Display name and the project Description can be changed from within the Project Admin tab. The project name that appears at the end of the URL cannot be changed at this time. This is referred to as the project's "short name" and cannot be changed without recreating a new project.
