Users in Lab Management are created through a two-step process.
The TeamForge users must be in the Active state to access Lab Management. Users in the Pending or
Disabled states are not allowed to access Lab Management.
Lab Management does not distinguish between Restricted and Unrestricted users in TeamForge; so
both types are treated the same way.
In TeamForge, ensure that the user has at least one Lab Management role in one Lab Management project.
Verify that the user can log in to the Web Console of the Lab Management Manager.
This step ensures that the user's accounts and home directory are created and set up properly.
