A Lab Management project member can request
the allocation of a host from a moderated cloud. As the administrator, it's up to you to
approve or reject such requests.
When a project member submits a request, Lab Management domain (or project)
administrators can see the request in their My Pending
Approvals. The request stays in the system for the number of days
specified in the cloud's Allocation Request Time to Live
setting.

A list of requests, with information about the requesting user,
cloud and configuration details for each, is displayed.

Select a request and click Evaluate to verify
the available resources.

Indicate how you want to deal with the request.
- Click Approve to approve the request
and allow the host to be provisioned.
- Click Disapprove to deny the
request.
The project member receives an email notification when the request is approved
or denied. If the request is approved, the host with the requested configuration
is provisioned.
