Create a user in Lab Management

Users in Lab Management are created through a two-step process.

  1. In CollabNet Enterprise Edition, ensure that the user has at least one Lab Management role in one Lab Management Project.
  2. Verify that the user can log in to the Web Console of the Lab Management Manager. This step ensures that the user's accounts and home directory are created and set up properly.
