Prepare the database

CollabNet SourceForge Enterprise 5.0 works with PostgreSQL 8.2 or Oracle 9.2.0.6 with Oracle 10g client (10.2.0.1.0).

• Set up an Oracle database
  To use an Oracle database for your SourceForge data, you must set up the Oracle database and tell the installer how to handle it.
• Set up a PostgreSQL database
  To use a PostgreSQL database for your SourceForge data, create the database user and the database.
