Upgrade trackers to the TeamForge 5.4 layout

When you upgrade Product Backlog Item and Task trackers from TeamForge 5.3 format to the 5.4 format, the Story Points field is used in place of Backlog Effort.

1. Right-click your landscape in the CCF Explorer and select the Upgrade TeamForge Trackers to 5.4 layout option in the context menu.
   
   
   
   The system checks whether any of the following need to be done to the PBI and Task trackers associated with the landscape’s project mappings:
   • Copy Backlog Effort to Story Points for all existing PBIs
   • Remove Backlog Effort field from PBIs tracker layout
   • Disable Story Points field for Tasks
   The Upgrade Trackers confirmation wizard appears. It lists the actions that will be taken, or, if no action is necessary, it displays a message indicating that the tracker layouts are already correct for TeamForge 5.4.
