Overview

CollabNet Tracker Connector to HP Quality Center is a ready-to-use piece of software that synchronizes defects from HP Quality Center with CollabNet SourceForge Enterprise tracker artifacts.

It is distributed both as an installable package and a plugin that is extracted on a pre-installed CollabNet Connector Framework (CCF) package.

CollabNet Tracker Connector to HP Quality Center contains:

• The CCF runtime responsible for synchronizing data between Quality Center and SourceForge.
• The HP Quality Center plugin that is capable of reading and writing defect data to and from Quality Center.
• The CollabNet SourceForge Enterprise plugin that is capable of reading and writing data to and from SourceForge.
• Sample scenarios in the installer to demonstrate the capabilities of this connector framework for Quality Center.

Sample scenarios

The CollabNet Tracker Connector to HP Quality Center includes these preconfigured example integration scenarios:

• QC2SFEE 2Way Scenario: synchronization of Quality Center defects and SourceForge tracker artifacts occurs in both directions
• QC2SFEE Scenario: synchronization occurs in a single direction - defects are shipped only from Quality Center to SourceForge
• SFEE2QC Scenario: synchronization occurs in a single direction - defects are shipped only from SourceForge to Quality Center
