What are the connector requirements for HP Quality Center?

The CollabNet Connector Framework works with HP Quality Center versions 9.0, 9.2 and 10.0 and 11.

Operating System

Windows XP SP2
Windows 2003 Server (with Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package installed)

Note: For Quality Center integrations, running CCF with a 64 bit JVM under Windows is not supported since Quality Center’s COM API only works with 32 bit JVMs.

Memory

Recommended: minimum 1GB RAM

OTAClient

OTAClient.dll is required on the system running the connector

Note: OTAClient.dll is installed automatically if you access the HP Quality Center web interface on the system running the connector.

CollabNet Trackers

CollabNet Enterprise Edition 5.0 and later
CollabNet TeamForge 4.4 SP1 and later

HP Quality Center

Versions 9.0, 9.2, 10.0 and 11 are supported
Quality Center installations with these backend databases have been tested:
- SQL Server 8.00.760
- Oracle 10g

Java requirements

JDK 1.6.

User interface requirements

Eclipse version 3.4 (or higher) which includes the XML editor

Requirement for graphical field mapping feature

Standard edition of Altova MapForce version 2008 (rel 2) or newer.
