Create a role (CCF 1.5.1)

To create a role, specify the actions you want a user with that role to be able to perform.

1. In Eclipse, select Window > Preferences > CollabNet Connector Framework > Roles.
2. Click Add and enter a name for the role.
3. Optionally, protect the role with a password.
4. Select the actions you want to assign the role.
5. To make this the active role, select Set Active.
   Note: The "Default" role allows the user to perform all connector actions, and unless you specify otherwise, it is the active role.
6. Click OK.
