What is Issue Tracker?
CollabNet's Issue Tracker is a variant of BugZilla, but a more generalized tool for tracking different kinds of activities.

Find Issue Tracker issues
To search for Issue Trrcker issues, create and run a query.

Create an issue
Add a new issue when you want to report a defect, or request and track a task, feature or enhancement.

Edit an issue
After you create an issue, you can edit it to update existing information, specify additional fields such as the target milestone, and add attachments or dependencies.

Make an issue depend on another issue
When one issue cannot be completed unless another issue is done first, set up a dependency to track the relationship between the two issues.

Add attachments to an issue
To attach a file to an Issue Tracker issue, browse to it or drag and drop it in the issue.

Associate an issue with a code commit
When checking in files to your SCM repository, you can create links to one or more Issue Tracker issues.
